My 3 Favorite Things of September 2023

To me, September signals a coming back to routines. After lots of summer traveling and losing many of my routines, I have been focusing on small foundations: eating nourishing food, finding calm after chaos, and slowly re-introducing my wellness routine, one step at a time.

1. Recipe I’m Making

Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites

This recipe from Kate at The Glutenless Maximus is the perfect balance of sweet and salty. It is super easy to make and I love that it incorporates healthy fats from nut butter to make a delicious dessert while being mindful of blood sugar balance. 

2. What I’m Drinking:

Peace Tea

This tea lives up to its name – It really is peace in a cup! I love drinking it before bed to calm my body, but it can be enjoyed anytime. It has a mild peppermint flavor while providing warmth from the flowers, like rose petals. 

3. Wellness routine I’m trying:
