1. Portable Electric Kettle
I’m obsessed with this portable electric kettle. I’ve been using it at hotels and Airbnb’s to make tea and I love it for so many reasons. First of all, where I have been staying hasn’t always had a kettle, or sometimes the kettle hasn’t looked super clean. Also, as a tea drinker, I don’t like using a coffee maker for tea because the taste of coffee always lingers! It’s small and portable enough that I will be bringing this on every trip going forward.
2. Fennel Apple Salad with Pomegranate
Need to switch up your salads or veggies? Try this fennel and apple with pomegranate seeds. This salad is bright, crunchy, and very gut-healthy! The fibers from the fennel and antioxidants from pomegranate seeds help promote our good gut bacteria and decrease inflammation in the gut.
3. Rayvi Electrolytes
Rayvi electrolytes are back in stock! These are great electrolytes for someone who does not need a very salty electrolyte. I also recommend Rayvi for those struggling with dehydration, need more minerals (brittle hair or nails), have low energy, or are postpartum. I love mixing my electrolytes with water in the afternoon for an energy pick-me-up!
