My 3 Favorite Things From March 2025

March 26, 2025

Spring is so close! I am soaking up the last of ski season out west but actively looking forward to more sunshine, warmer weather and fresh produce!

Here are some of the products I’ve been using this month:

1. Rayvi Elctrolytes – new and improved!

I finally got my order in of the new flavor of the Rayvi Elctrolytes. I alternate between different brands but drink electrolytes almost every day for energy or after working out. Some reasons why I reach for Ravi:

  • More types of minerals than other brands
  • Less artificial tasting/sickly sweet
  • More potassium and less sodium (good for those with high BP or on days where I don’t sweat as much)

*Note: I don’t recommend these for anyone with low BP or POTS without adding extra salt/sodium.

2. Edamame Salad by Rainbow Plant life

I had a random but very strong craving for edamame and found this delicious recipe. The mix of the edmame, crunch of the cabbage and refreshing taste of mint is so fun. I do have to admit that I hate cilantro, so I left that out.

This salad is also very high in fiber, plant protein and antioxidants from the veggies and herbs!

3. HydraBerry Moisturizer by Clearstem

If you are looking for a really thick moisturizer that can even be used as an overnight mask AND won’t clog your pores – this is it! My skin has been horribly dry this winter and this moisturizer has been a life saver. I apply a small amount before applying to make up to help with application and then use a thick layer as the last step before bed to seal in moisture. If you are really sensitive to smells, just note that It did take me a few days to get used to the scent – but now I don’t notice/mind it!
