Goodbye 2024! Like everyone, my year was full of ups and downs but I want to end the year on a note of gratitude! I am so thankful for all my clients, my community, continued healing, and the freedom to travel.
I’m spending the holidays in Colorado, doing one of my favorite activities – skiing!
I hope you are enjoying the holidays with friends and family or taking the time to rest and relax.
1. “The Stew” by Allison Roman
I think I’ve shared this recipe before and I will probably share it again! This chickpea stew is nicknamed “The Stew” because it’s just that good. It’s so flavorful, easy to make, and warming. I’ve been enjoying this stew during this cold and weird holiday week.
2. 2024 Reflection & Finding your 2025 Word
I don’t like grand New Year’s resolutions, but I do think there is something powerful in reflecting on the past year’s highs and lows and setting goals for the future. I think New Year’s resolutions often have a negative connotation because they are so lofty and destined to fail.
I like focusing on a word, a feeling, and a few empowering goals instead. This is my second year setting aside time to fill out Susannah Conway’s workbook and I enjoy the time to reflect and look forward.
What are you calling in in 2025? Community? Boundaries? Patience?
3. Golden Coil Planners
On the theme of looking ahead, not much makes me more excited than a brand-new planner or journal. I love the Golden Coil planners because of how customizable they are. I found a layout that fits exactly how I think. If you are old school and prefer a paper planner, check out Golden Coil! (IMO it’s worth the price!)
