July was a busy month for me but here are the things that I’ve genuinely used the most and loved this month!
1. The Dumb Phone App
I downloaded this app based on the suggestion of my friend/business mentor/photographer Emily Kim. As soon as I downloaded the app and set it up, I felt like a weight had been lifted off of my shoulders! I didn’t realize how the home page of my phone was constantly causing mental clutter and stress. I’ve played around with the configuration to make it look and work best for me and have been very happy using it!
2. Chicken Caprese with Pesto by Rachel Mansfield
Looking for a quick summery meal? This recipe is the perfect solution. It comes together in under 30 minutes and the caprese and pesto flavors feel like summer to me. This recipe is also Gluten Free.
3. Tick Kit
Ticks are everywhere! I’ve helped pull ticks of many friends and family members this summer already. I always keep this kit in my car or bring it with me to hikes or weekends away in Massachusetts, New Hampshire, Vermont, Maine and Upstate New York. I also like to wear long white socks when doing outdoor activities so that I can more easily spot ticks crawling on me. Be careful out there!
