1. Butternut Squash Chicken Chili by Paleo Running Momma
Fall cooking is here! I love making a huge pot of soup/stew/chili to have for the week or freeze for busy weeks. This recipe is great because you can use leftover chicken or cook chicken breasts for about 20 mins (see notes) to add to the soup. You could also use a crockpot to cook the chicken ahead of time.
