My 3 Favorites from January 2026

January 29, 2026

Happy New Year! Each January, as I reflect on the previous year and think about the upcoming year, I am always overwhelmed with gratitude for YOU.

Your hard work and dedication to your health never cease to amaze me. I feel so grateful to support each one of you, whether that’s been as a client, via my newsletter, on social media, or on this blog.

Here are some major client wins from the past year:

→ 5 people are no longer pre-diabetic

→ 3 people were able to come off their statin medication after bringing down their cholesterol

→ We found and treated at least a dozen SIBO cases that were causing bloating and constipation

→ Many parasites were passed (I didn’t count these 🤪🪱)

→ 100’s of pounds lost collectively

… and so many other health wins from each of you!

Congrats to each one of you!

On a personal note, I’ve been making the most of the winter and trying to ski as much as possible! I love skiing, and it makes the winters bearable. Stay warm and safe!

January Favorites:

1. The Five Minute Journal

I love this journal because it’s an easy way to start to build a morning routine, dip your toes into journaling, and practice mindfulness. It really does only take a few minutes and is such a positive way to start and end the day. The first time I did it, I noticed that I was more mindful and focused on more positive things throughout the day (instead of dwelling on negative thoughts)

2. Bone Broth Hot Chocolate

When it’s cold, we need a cozy beverage! This is especially great if you want to drink bone broth but don’t love the taste or want a more nutrient-dense hot chocolate! Don’t knock it till you try it!

3. Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Bites by Kate

Many of you have had the chance to meet my intern, Kate, this month! What you might not know is that she has an amazing blog of easy and gluten-free recipes. The blog is called The Glutenless Maximus and has so many awesome gluten-free desserts! I love the banana, chocolate, and peanut butter combo and will be making these to keep in the freezer!
