Summer is still in full swing here at TLWC. I’m soaking up all the sun I can get and cherishing all the fresh fruit and veggies of the season for yummy summer recipes. (Don’t even think about mentioning anything pumpkin or fall to me!!)

Bright, zesty, and delicious, this beet hummus is a crowd-pleaser! This is the perfect summer recipe for a cookout, the beach, or as an appetizer.
These little water filters keep me feeling safe when I am traveling and drinking tap water. Pop one in your water bottle, fill it up with water and you’re done!
In my endless quest to eat enough protein, I decided to give shrimp tacos a try! I used this recipe as inspiration and used frozen wild-caught shrimp that were already peeled.
