My Favorite Things from February 2025

Though cold and snowy, February reminds me to fall in love with winter and make the best of the beautiful snow! For me this means skiing as much as I can, going on pretty winter walks and staying cozy when its cold and dark. Things I was thankful for this February:

  1. The days are getting longer and longer
  2. Skiing!
    • I feel so lucky to be in Colorado skiing at some of the best mountains in the country!
  3. Yoga classes that warm up my body and soul
  4. The ability to nourish and take care of myself even on the most stressful days

1. Red Light Reading Lamp

I am obssesed with this lamp. I love to read at night and this is the perfect portable reading lamp. Using only red lights in the evening is great for your eyes and helps your circadian rhythm for better sleep. This lamp also makes for a great gift for any book lover in your life. I’ve been using this lamp for years!
